My Living Map 心路 is a personal reflective journalling tool informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts. It is designed to support self-awareness and personal reflection.
It is not a clinical service, a therapy platform, or a diagnostic tool. Nothing generated by this app constitutes professional mental health advice, supervision, or treatment. If you are in distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or trusted person.
This app is not monitored. No one reads your entries in real time, and the app cannot alert anyone or get help for you — even in a crisis. If you are in acute distress, feel unsafe, or are worried you may harm yourself or someone else, please contact a trusted person, a helping professional, or a crisis line now (in Singapore: SOS 1767, Emergency 995).
My Living Map is built and maintained by Grace Koh, a social worker and IFS-informed practitioner based in Singapore. This is an independent personal project, not a commercial service.
When you submit a journal entry, the text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate reflections and insights. This means your entry text is processed by Anthropic's systems. Anthropic — and, if you sign in, Supabase — may process or store this data on servers outside Singapore.
Please do not enter identifiable information about clients, patients, or third parties. This app is for your own personal reflection — not for processing information about others.
Anthropic's own privacy policy and usage policies apply to how they handle content sent via the API.
Do not enter identifiable information about clients, supervisees, patients, or any third party. Use initials, pseudonyms, or general descriptions instead. Your reflections should be about your own inner experience — not a record of someone else's.
By using this app, you agree to use it for personal, lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the content you enter. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, misuse, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
We may update these terms as the app develops. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
